Ice, Ice, Baby

I'm sorry... so sorry. I just couldn't help myself.

Anyway, this big ice storm hit the greater KC area on Sunday and hasn't let up yet. Luckily, we're still with power, so we haven't seen the worst of it where we are. Joel made it to work ok today - I stayed home, but because Joci was a little under the weather, not because of the weather.

We had rain last night and all day today (Tuesday) and luckily it was about 33 degrees out today, would it have been any colder, the weather may have been very different.

So we're all well here - cold, but alive. And two days of rain beats two days of snow any day.
